Under Settings → Language & preferences, choose the language you normally write in: Arabic, English, or both.
- Arabic or English — one box per field.
- Both — a “Both” button appears beside the field, opening a dialog with both languages.
Whatever you choose, both languages are always saved. Switching later never discards a translation you already wrote.
